How to participate — step by step

Find a candidate

Think of someone in your network who would be a great fit for Assured Group — a friend, family member, or former colleague. They must be legally eligible to work in the UK and ideally have some experience in car valeting, cleaning, or similar.

Check their Share Code

Before submitting, always verify that your candidate has a valid UK Residency Share Code. This is mandatory for employment in the UK. You can ask them to get it at gov.uk/prove-right-to-work. Do not submit a referral without confirming this first.

Submit their details here

Go to the Referrals tab and tap "Add Referral". Fill in their full name, phone number, email address, and any relevant notes. Confirm that they have a Share Code.

Head Office contacts them

Once submitted, Head Office will review your referral and get in touch with the candidate. You can track the status in real time on your Referrals tab.

They start — you get paid

Once your referred candidate completes their first month, your rewards begin. Payments are made monthly, directly to you, over 3 months.

The more people you refer, the higher the reward per person. Refer 7 people successfully and you could earn up to £1,950 total.

Important — Share Code requirement

Every candidate must have a valid UK Residency Share Code before they can be employed. Please confirm this with them before submitting a referral. Referrals without a valid Share Code cannot proceed to employment and your reward cannot be processed.

Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed at the end of each month. You will receive your reward for each month your referred person remains employed.

What if my referral leaves before 3 months?

You receive payment for each completed month. If they leave after Month 1, you keep the Month 1 reward. Remaining months will not be paid.

Can I refer more than one person?

Absolutely — and your reward increases with each successful referral! The more you refer, the more you earn per person.
